An invigorating vinyasa flow, getting the blood flowing and body moving setting you up for a great day

Power Yoga

A vinyasa flow with drills to help strengthen muscle groups to help develop your practise

Group classes are;

  • Online via zoom

  • Begin at 7am GMT

  • Classes are 40mins

  • Drop-in £5 per class
